Department of Computer and Mathematical Sciences
Graduate School of Information Sciences
Tohoku University

I graduated from Graduate School of Information Sciences of Tohoku University in 2009 with a Ph.D. in Information Sciences. I was a member of the Research Division on Supercomputing Systems in the Information Synergy Center. My advisor was Prof. Hiroaki Kobayashi.

Research Interests

My research interests include workflow management, fault tolerance, performance optimization and secure data processing on volunteer computing platforms.

I have worked on the redundant task dispatch policies for volunteer computing platforms to guarantee high performance efficiency with volatile volunteer peers. I have also worked on the performance evaluation of applications on the Cell processor.
